Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented

Interior Designer

with at least 2 years of experience, including

minimum 1 year of site execution/coordination exposure

, to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in

AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3Ds Max

, with a strong understanding of space planning, material selection, and on-site coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and present interior design concepts based on client requirements. Create detailed drawings, layouts, and 3D visualizations using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3Ds Max. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site teams to ensure quality and timely execution. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and adherence to design intent. Assist in material selection, client presentations, and BOQ preparation. Collaborate with the design and execution team to ensure smooth workflow from concept to handover. Stay updated with current design trends, materials, and techniques.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or related field. 2+ years of relevant experience, with minimum 1 year of

site execution experience

. Proficient in

AutoCAD

,

SketchUp

, and

3Ds Max

(V-Ray/Corona preferred). Knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and site coordination. Strong visualizing and presentation skills. Good communication and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred:

Experience in commercial or residential turnkey projects. Basic knowledge of Photoshop or Illustrator (optional). Understanding of client interaction and project management workflows.
