Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented

AutoCAD Designer

to support our technical team in delivering precise drawings and material quantifications for ceiling, flooring, partition, and SIDERISE fire barrier systems. The role involves developing detailed shop drawings, coordinating with clients, architects, and internal teams, and ensuring all deliverables meet project and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and develop

detailed AutoCAD shop drawings

for ceilings, flooring, glass partitions, and SIDERISE systems based on architectural plans and specifications. Conduct

material quantification

and prepare BOQs based on approved shop drawings. Collaborate directly with

clients, consultants, and architects

to understand design intent and technical requirements. Submit drawings for

approval

and coordinate revisions based on feedback in close coordination with the sales and project management teams. Update and revise

material quantities

immediately upon receiving drawing approvals. Work closely with

site engineers and project coordinators

to support on-site execution and resolve design-related queries. Maintain organized drawing records and version control for all ongoing and completed projects. Ensure

compliance with fire safety standards and SIDERISE installation requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or relevant technical field.

Experience:

Minimum 2-4 years of AutoCAD drafting experience in the construction or interior fit-out industry, with exposure to commercial projects.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in

AutoCAD (2D essential; 3D an advantage)

Good understanding of

ceiling, flooring and partition

Ability to interpret and draft drawings based on architectural and MEP layouts

Soft Skills:

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?31,678.91 per month
