Key Responsibilities:
Design Assistance:
Support senior designers in creating and refining interior design concepts for residential, commercial, or retail projects.
Space Planning:
Assist in preparing layouts, furniture plans, and design boards that align with project requirements.
Material Sourcing:
Research and source materials, finishes, furniture, and decor while ensuring selections meet project standards and budgets.
Client Support:
Attend client meetings to take notes, gather requirements, and incorporate feedback into designs.
Documentation:
Assist in creating detailed drawings, design documentation, and specifications to guide the project execution.
Visual Presentations:
Prepare design presentations, mood boards, and visual materials for client approvals.
Site Visits:
Participate in on-site inspections to monitor project progress and help resolve design-related issues.
Trend Research:
Stay updated on the latest trends, materials, and techniques in interior design to contribute fresh ideas to projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design.
At least 1 year of professional experience in interior design.
Strong portfolio showcasing your creativity, technical skills, and design sensibilities.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, Lumion and/or other visualization tools.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of materials, finishes, and furniture is a plus.
