Job Description

?Conceptualize, develop, and present innovative interior design concepts for commercial spaces, including offices, retail, and hospitality environments.

?Prepare mood boards, presentations, space planning layouts, and high-quality 2D/3D design visualizations.

?Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements, budget limitations, and brand identity.

?Develop detailed production drawings and construction documentation for execution by contractors and vendors, ensuring accuracy and clarity.

? Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting to align with the design vision and project goals.

?Manage and track project timelines to ensure on-time delivery and maintain design integrity during execution.

?Liaise with consultants, contractors, vendors, and on-site teams to ensure smooth coordination and implementation.

?Conduct regular site visits to review progress, quality, and compliance with design specifications.

?Stay updated on current industry trends, materials, and best practices in commercial interior design.

?Submit a Project Lessons Learned report after project completion to document key insights and areas for improvement.

Qualification for Interior Architect:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture (B.Arch / B.Des - Interior Design) 2-3 years of experience in commercial interior architecture or related field Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Escape, D5, Photoshop, and 3D rendering tools Strong understanding of spatial planning, materials, building codes, and construction detailing Good communication, presentation, and coordination skills
