Job Description

Diploma in interior designing from an accredited institution 1+ years of Interior designing experience preferably in residential projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop,and Lumion is required

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to gather input and feedback on their

residential project

requirements, preferences, and budget constraints. Regularly

communicate and collaborate with clients

to address any changes, modifications, or adjustments to the initial design plans, ensuring client satisfaction. Adjust contract terms and designs as necessary to accommodate changing client needs, budget considerations, or regulatory requirements.

Collaborate

with contractors, construction workers, and other professionals to ensure successful implementation and execution of the architectural designs.

Oversee and manage

architectural production staff, providing guidance, support, and mentorship throughout the project lifecycle.

Conduct regular site visits and inspections

to ensure the designs are being implemented accurately and according to specifications. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements, and best practices to continuously improve design quality and efficiency.
