ob Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and creative

Interior Designer

who can take accurate site measurements, understand client requirements, and create functional and aesthetic interior designs. The ideal candidate should have a good sense of space planning, material knowledge, and the ability to convert concepts into detailed design layouts.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit project sites to take accurate

measurements

and document existing site conditions. Collaborate with clients to

understand their requirements, preferences, and budget

. Prepare

layout plans, 2D drawings, and 3D visualizations

based on client inputs. Develop

design concepts, material selections, and mood boards

for client approval. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and project teams for smooth execution of designs. Ensure design feasibility and accuracy based on site measurements and project constraints. Make necessary revisions to designs as per

client feedback or site conditions

. Maintain project documentation, design files, and presentation materials.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Diploma/Degree in

Interior Design / Architecture

or related field. Proficiency in

AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, or other design tools.

Good understanding of materials, finishes, and interior design trends. Strong visualization, creativity, and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and work independently. Attention to detail and a practical approach to design execution.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

Experience in residential, commercial, or retail interior projects. Knowledge of site supervision and vendor coordination. Basic understanding of BOQ preparation and estimation.
