Position: Junior Architect

Location: Ulall, Vishveshwaraiah layout 5th block, 100 ft.road, Bengaluru

Employment Type: Full-time(on site)

Role Overview:

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our team. You'll work alongside senior architect, engineers, and designers to assist in planning, designing, and executing residential and commercial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing architectural drawings, 3D models, and presentations Contribute to the development of floor plans, elevations, and interior layouts Support site visits and collaborate on client briefs and feasibility studies Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior teams Research materials, design trends, and construction techniques Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations Maintain project documentation and assist with tender packages

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent) Proficiency in software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) Strong visualization and conceptual thinking skills Good communication and teamwork abilities Knowledge of sustainable and cost-effective design practices is a plus Freshers or 1 years of experience are welcome to apply
