What we are looking

:

We are currently seeking an experienced Junior - Interior Designer to oversee and manage our Interior projects.

If you are passionate about Designing Interior Space and thrive in leadership roles, we would love to hear from you.

Design Planning

: Developing design plans that include floor layouts, colour schemes, and material selections. Using design software, designers create 3D models to present ideas to clients.

Design Conceptualization

: They start by brainstorming and conceptualizing designs, often using sketches, mood boards, or digital tools to visualize ideas.

Space Planning

: Creating detailed floor plans, considering spatial functionality, traffic flow, and ergonomics to optimize space utilization.

Design Development

: Producing detailed drawings, 3D renderings, and specifications for contractors and suppliers to ensure accurate implementation.

Client Interaction

: Engaging with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and requirements for the space. This involves multiple meetings to discuss design concepts, material choices, and project goals.

Project Coordination

: Coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and other professionals to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Regular communication and problem-solving are essential.

Material Selection

: Researching and selecting suitable materials, colors, textures, furniture, lighting, and accessories that align with the design concept and client specifications.

Qualification

:

Bachelor's degree in Design. Strong negotiation and analytical skills. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
