Job Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented
Junior Interior Designer (Female)
to join our design team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong aesthetic sense, basic technical knowledge, and a passion for interior design, furniture layouts, and space planning. She will work closely with senior designers and clients to assist with design concepts, 2D/3D drawings, material selections, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing interior design concepts and mood boards for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
Prepare 2D layout plans, 3D visualizations, furniture placement, and detailed working drawings.
Support senior designers in client presentations and site visits.
Coordinate with vendors, carpenters, and contractors for material selection and execution.
Keep updated with current trends in furniture design, materials, color palettes, and finishes.
Assist in BOQ preparation, material finalization, and documentation.
Ensure project timelines, quality standards, and design accuracy are maintained.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Bachelor's/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture from a recognized institution.
0-2 years of work experience in interior design, furniture design, or related fields (freshers can apply).
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max/Revit, V-Ray/Lumion, and MS Office.
Strong visualization, creativity, and knowledge of space planning and color coordination.
Good communication skills and ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to follow design guidelines.
