Job Description

Client Consultation:

Collaborating with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and budget for the project.

Concept Development:

Creating design concepts, mood boards, and 3D visualizations to communicate design ideas.

Space Planning:

Developing detailed floor plans, furniture layouts, and spatial arrangements to optimize functionality and flow.

Material and Finish Selection:

Choosing appropriate materials, finishes, colors, lighting fixtures, and furniture to achieve the desired aesthetic and meet project needs.

Project Management:

Coordinating with contractors, vendors, and other professionals, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring the project is completed to the highest standards.

Compliance:

Ensuring all design work adheres to relevant building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility requirements.

Presentation and Communication:

Presenting design proposals to clients, communicating effectively with team members, and providing clear instructions to contractors.

Staying Updated:

Keeping abreast of the latest design trends, technologies, and sustainable design practices.
