We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

(a) Design Development:

Collaborate with senior designers to determine project requirements and preferences.

Conceptualize and develop innovative design solutions tailored to project requirements for internal review.

Create detailed design plans, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings if required.

Balance aesthetics and functionality to deliver exceptional design outcomes.

(b) Space Planning:

Analyze and optimize the layout of interior spaces for maximum efficiency and flow.

Ensure designs are ergonomic, well-lit, and acoustically sound.

Develop plans that enhance both usability and visual appeal.

(c) Material and Finish Selection:

Research and curate a selection of materials, finishes, and furnishings.

Prepare material boards and samples for internal reviews and approvals.

Stay informed about the latest industry trends and innovative products.

(d) Technical Proficiency:

Utilize design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop for detailed drawings and renderings.

Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents.

Ensure all designs meet relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards.

Prepare furniture detail drawings for the manufacturing process.

(e) Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with fellow designers and team members to brainstorm and develop design ideas.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall creative direction.
