We are looking for a

Junior Architect with a passion for interior architecture

to join our growing design team. You will support the design and execution of high-end residential and commercial interior projects, contributing creatively while developing technical skills across all project stages. You will manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring they align with client needs, industry trends, and regulatory guidelines. Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 1 year of experience designing residential and commercial interior spaces (Office, Retail, and F&B sectors) A strong portfolio showcasing innovative and functional designs Proficiency in Vectorworks ( Preferred), AutoCAD, Sketchup, Rhino, Twinmotion, V ray, Enscape, Revit, Presentation tools, Adobe Suite. Strong visualization and storytelling ability through photorealistic renders and walkthroughs Proficiency in rendering software such as Twinmotion, Enscape, Lumion, or V-Ray Experience in producing interior design presentations with immersive visuals and animations Keen eye for detail, creative talent, and imagination Strong communication and presentation skills - ability to persuade and articulate design concepts, design sense, and attention to details Good knowledge of materials, lighting, finishes, and furniture Eager to learn, take feedback, and work in a collaborative environment Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design or a related field

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the design development of interior spaces, from concept to completion Prepare detailed drawings, mood boards, and 3D models for presentations and execution Coordinate with external consultants & suppliers to ensure submission requirements are met. Support in material sourcing, specifications, and prepare BOQs Develop interior layouts, furniture plans, reflected ceiling plans, and joinery details Compile material specification sheets (finishes, lighting, FF&E) using Excel with images. Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and site teams Visit project sites to monitor progress and ensure design intent is maintained Work closely with the senior architect and interior design leads on day-to-day tasks Maintain organized project documentation and drawing lists. Print, format, and distribute drawing sets for project managers and site supervisors. Systematically save and manage CAD files, keeping the project server structured and up to date. Thoroughly review and check drawings for accuracy and compliance before submission. Manage and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
