Job Summary:



The Junior Inside Sales Executive is responsible for supporting the sales team by handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, following up on leads, and coordinating internal processes. This role is suitable for freshers who are eager to start their career in sales and customer handling.

Key Responsibilities:



Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms. Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales orders. Assist in identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products or solutions. Maintain customer records and sales data in CRM or internal systems. Coordinate with sales, engineering, and operations teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery. Support the sales team in preparing presentations, reports, and documentation. Follow up on leads, pending quotations, and outstanding payments. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. Conduct basic market research to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree (Engineering, Business, or related fields preferred). Freshers are encouraged to apply. MBA is an added advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of sales processes and customer service. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
