Job Responsibility

Assist in coordination, closure of vulnerabilities identified in risk assessments.
Monitor compliance with information security policies, standards, and procedures.
Monitor changes in relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards affecting the organization.
Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies, procedures, and controls.
Assist in the preparation of compliance reports, audit documentation, and regulatory filings.
Assist in the development and implementation of security controls and best practices.
Participate in security awareness training and education programs for employees.
Support incident response activities, including incident detection, analysis, and resolution.
Assist in the maintenance of security documentation, including policies, procedures, and audit trails.
Collaborate with other teams to implement security requirements for new projects and initiatives.
Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and best practices.
Participate and assist for BCP table top, DR activities


Key Skills:
Key Skills:
Experience with cybersecurity tools and technologies is desirable but not required.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Mandatory:

Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) are a plus.
Exposure to RBI audits, risk assessment, internal audits will be added advantage.
Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, standards, and best practices.
Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).


Industry: Banking/NBFC/Financial Services background only
