Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

Line layout, planning and line setting.

Making plan file of all styles.

Capacity checks by weekly, circulate to team and update capacity graph in line score board.

Daily Checking Attendance, guiding line balancing and re-balancing, and managing bottle necks.

Monitoring Hourly Production & Conduct Bi Hourly Meeting with team.

Involving in quality issue and conduct time to time meeting for solving the issue with quality team.

Daily nonproductive time capturing and making fishbone chart, root cause analysis, action to be taken, circulate weekly and monthly data to management.

Ensuring the work place engineering, best method practice in for floor, find out proper guide, suitable folders, attachment.

Monitoring the Low Efficient Operators until improving efficiency.

Ensuring Proper Utilization of Material.

Eliminating waste through application of lean practices.

Monitoring and publishing skill matrix monthly. Ensure "Base skill" of the line is above 80%.

Monitoring reports and reporting team, training data entry for report generation.

PowerPoint Presentation for Monthly Review.

Cost control, cost reduction, inventory control and production record system.

Implement 5S in the plant.

Time to Time Projects.

Implement Lean Methodologies in the plant. Responsible for getting A grades on all Lean

KPI's

Accountable for achieving specific scores across following Performance areas:

1) On Time Delivery Performance (OTDP)

2) Maintaining Machine to Man Ratio.

3) Achieve Targeted Efficiency.

4) Achieve Targeted Productivity.

5) Achieve Targeted Cost Per Minute & Cost Per Piece

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
