Job title

Junior Industrial Controller

Purpose

The industrial controller assure the best control with focus on production site:

a) implementing an industrial controller process

b) collaboration with local and headquarter management

c) establish a good communication with local management in Poland to assure same methodology in

managing connectors business analysis

Main responsabilities

- assure weekly and monthly industrial reporting on time and ad hoc analysis for a

better control of the production results and support local management in decision

making process

- collaborate with the Plant manager and Administration manager on monthly closing

providing all information usefull to define a clear picture of the plant results

- assure a precise management of all repetitive activities (STD costs, stock evaluation,

stock movement analysis, purchase index, etc.)

- collaborate with all colleagues (Industrial engineering, Purchase manager, production

manager, etc,) in order to collect information to better support weekly and monthly

result adding comments on the main industrial facts

- collaborate on stock taking process (annual and during the year)

- keep under control fixed cost per each cost center in all sites

Main routinely tasks

- Monthly and weekly Industrial Reporting

- Monthly reporting (P&L, Balance sheet, Cash flow)

- Ad hoc analysis (maintenance, utilities, etc.)

- Stock evaluation (legal and management criteria)

- Standard/actual costs analysis

- Support the general manager and plant manager

- Prototype and industrialization cost analysis

- Purchase row material costs analysis

- Any other task defined by the direct supervisor

- Stock taking

Education

- Industrial Engineer or Economic Degree

5-7years experience

CTC: 5.00 to 7.00 lacs pa

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
