We are seeking a Junior HR Manager / Assistant HR Manager to support our growing HR function within a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing setup. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, and compliance, along with the emotional intelligence needed to thrive in a family-managed business environment.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in full-cycle recruitment for frontline, middle, and office staff roles
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.)
Manage attendance, leave tracking, and coordinate payroll inputs
Support shift planning and workforce scheduling in coordination with plant teams
Help drive performance management processes including documentation and review coordination
Collaborate with business owners and department heads to understand and respond to people needs
Execute employee engagement and internal communication initiatives aligned with the company culture
Ensure adherence to HR policies and help communicate changes effectively across teams
Act as a reliable point of contact for employee concerns and assist with conflict resolution
Contribute to ongoing training and development programs for sales, factory, and support staff
Qualifications & Skills
3-7 years of relevant HR experience, ideally in an FMCG or manufacturing environment
Bachelor's or master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
Working knowledge of Indian labour laws and HR compliance protocols
Experience working in or adapting to family-run business cultures is a strong plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-moving, operationally intensive setup
Proficient in MS Office and HRMS tools
