We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Junior HR professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various HR functions, support employee engagement initiatives, and contribute to building a positive work environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Assist in the complete recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding of new employees.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately.
Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events.
Coordinate interviews, meetings, and other HR-related activities efficiently.
Assist in drafting HR policies, letters, and internal communications.
Manage attendance records and support payroll coordination.
Respond to basic employee queries related to HR policies and processes.
Contribute to performance management and training & development initiatives.
Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Eagerness to learn and grow within the HR field.
Proactive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
