Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
Coordinate and schedule interviews and HR-related activities
Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication
Manage attendance records and assist with payroll coordination
Handle basic employee queries related to HR policies and processes
Provide administrative support to the HR team
Requirements:
Any graduate (HR or management background preferred)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
