Manage end-to-end recruitment (posting, screening, interviewing).
Coordinate with department heads for manpower needs.
Maintain candidate databases and hiring metrics.
2. Onboarding & Induction
Prepare offer letters and employment documents.
Conduct employee orientation and onboarding programs.
Facilitate smooth integration of new hires.
3. Employee Relations
Address employee queries and concerns.
Assist in employee engagement and retention programs.
Support conflict resolution in alignment with HR policies.
4. Attendance, Leave & Payroll Support
Maintain attendance and leave records.
Coordinate monthly payroll inputs.
Ensure timely submission of payroll data.
5. Performance Management
Support performance appraisal cycles.
Maintain appraisal documentation.
Assist in implementing performance improvement plans.
6. HR Compliance & Policy Administration
Maintain employee records as per legal and company standards.
Ensure compliance with labor laws (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.).
Assist in drafting and updating HR policies.
7. HR Administration
Maintain HRMS/HRIS systems.
Manage employee files and HR documentation.
Assist with HR reports and analytics.
