Coordinate interview schedules, offer letters, and joining formalities.
Grievance Redressal
Address employee concerns and escalate issues to HR management when required.
Ensure fair and timely resolution of workplace grievances.
HR Administration
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Manage employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies.
Employee Engagement
Assist in planning and executing engagement activities and events.
Support HR initiatives to improve workplace culture and employee morale.
Payroll & Attendance
Coordinate payroll data, salary changes, and statutory deductions.
Track employee attendance, leaves, and resolve related queries.
Data Management
Maintain and update HR databases with employee information.
Perform accurate and timely data entry for HR reports and analysis.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic HR process knowledge; MS Office proficiency.
SAP/HR software knowledge preferred.
