As an Junior HR at Enova, you will be responsible for assisting the HR team in various HR functions. You will have the opportunity to learn about recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and other HR processes. Key Responsibilities:
Assisting in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinating employee onboarding and orientation programs.
Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Maintaining employee records and HR databases.
Assisting with employee relations issues and disciplinary actions.
Providing general administrative support to the HR department.
Requirements:
MBA in Human Resources or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Benefits:
In 3 months training period you will given stipend of Rs 8,000 after 3 months based on your performance your salary will be ranged between 1.2 LPA to 3 LPA
