We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior HR Executive to support our HR team in day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone passionate about people, processes, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the
recruitment process
: posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews
Support
employee onboarding
and orientation programs
Maintain and update
employee records
and HR databases
Help organize
employee engagement activities
and company events
Respond to employee queries and provide administrative support
Assist in implementing and updating
HR policies and procedures
Coordinate training sessions and track attendance
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Internship or 0.6 to 1 year of experience in HR preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
