We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter with 6 months to 1 year of experience to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews to attract top talent for various roles within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and screen resumes through job portals, social media, and internal databases. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Follow up with candidates and provide updates throughout the recruitment process. Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports. Assist in onboarding and joining formalities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field. 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience (IT and Non-IT). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
