is looking for a

Junior HR

to join our growing team in Pune.

This is a

full-time, entry-level role

, ideal for candidates looking to build hands-on experience across

end-to-end recruitment and HR generalist functions

in a fast-paced, office-based environment.

(Only female candidates with 6 months of previous work experience, plus at least 1 internship with excellent English verbal and written communication skills).

Role Expectations:

End-to-end recruitment and candidate coordination HR generalist activities including employee engagement, documentation, and HR operations Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced, office-based environment Ability to work closely with internal stakeholders and senior management

Advanced Excel proficiency

(reports, trackers, data handling) Strong

and practical usage of

Salary:

CTC ?15,000 - ?20,000 per month (Slightly negotiable for the right candidate)
