Assessing the hiring needs of the company and developing job descriptions and specifications accordingly.

Should possess experience in hiring Blue collar employees and have huge database of manpower supplying agencies across Karnataka.

Designing and implementing recruitment strategies such as events and social media campaigns.

Researching hiring trends and compiling recruitment reports and presentations.

Should have vas knowledge in Excel

Should be able to update data in Payroll s/w of all new joiners & employees accurately

Should complete Joining forms & formalities for all new joiners in our branches & factories.

Should collect relevant documents from all employees for filing

Should get Appointment & Agreements signed for all new joiners & maintain the file accurately

Should handle employees grievances at Head office.

Sourcing talented candidates through a variety of means including events, advertising, and databases.

Maintaining relationships with universities, student organizations, manpower agencies and recruitment networks.

Screening resumes and scheduling interviews.

Managing and conducting interviews with shortlisted candidates.

Developing internship programs and evaluating the performance of new employees.

Managing all administrative tasks such as updating recruitment databases, hiring profiles, and applicant documentation.

Should have knowledge to prepare paper-works / work-orders / legal documents to avoid legal disputes in future.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree .

A minimum of 1+ years' experience in HR recruitment - SPECIALLY IN FOOD INDUSTRY OR FMCG.

Sound understanding of the recruitment process and university databases.

Highly charismatic with excellent interpersonal communication skills.

Great networking abilities.

Sound knowledge of recruitment practices and keeping up to date with trends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ?20,000.00 per month
