attendance management

payroll processing

recruitment coordination
. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of HR experience and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support
Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for candidates.
Coordinate with hiring managers for interview feedback and candidate communication.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Attendance and Leave Management
Monitor daily employee
attendance
and leave records.
Ensure accurate data entry in HRIS for time-off requests, absenteeism, and holidays.
Generate monthly attendance reports for payroll processing.
Payroll Assistance
Support the preparation and verification of monthly
payroll
data.
Liaise with the finance department for timely salary disbursements.
Address employee queries related to salary, deductions, and reimbursements.
Employee Records & HRIS
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
HR Operations & Compliance
Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes.
Ensure documentation and processes adhere to legal and organizational requirements.
Support employee engagement initiatives and internal HR communications.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
Basic knowledge of
attendance systems
,
payroll processes
, and
recruitment cycles
.
Familiarity with HRIS and MS Office (Excel proficiency is a plus).
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
