Roles & Responsibilities:

As a Junior HR Generalist, you will play a vital role in supporting our people-centric culture and ensuring smooth HR operations. Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting HR Induction sessions to familiarize new employees with company culture, values, and policies. Managing the complete onboarding process, including all joining formalities. Coordinating and completing Background Verification (BGV) for new hires. Facilitating NDA signing and ensuring proper introductions within the organization. Handling employee queries and grievances with empathy and professionalism. Planning and executing employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment. Overseeing payroll inputs and attendance management. Maintaining accurate employee records on Google Docs and Google Drive. Organizing and managing company events and celebrations. Assisting in policy communication and implementation across the organization. Managing exit formalities and ensuring a smooth offboarding experience. Preparing and releasing HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and experience letters.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
