Junior HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in

recruitment and onboarding

of medical and administrative staff Maintain and update

employee records

and HR databases Support

payroll processing

and attendance tracking Coordinate

training and development

programs Ensure compliance with

HR policies and labor laws

Handle

employee engagement

and grievance redressal Assist in

performance management

and appraisal processes
Desired Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in

Human Resources

,

Business Administration

, or related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality Freshers with internship experience in HR are encouraged to apply
Compensation & Benefits:

Work Hours:

9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
