1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Assist in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documentation.
Support new employee orientation and joining formalities.
2. Attendance, Leave & Payroll Support
Maintain attendance records and update daily trackers.
Assist in monthly payroll preparation with accurate data inputs.
Manage leave applications and ensure policy compliance.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
Handle employee queries professionally and provide HR support.
Assist in planning employee engagement activities, events, and celebrations.
Maintain grievance logs and escalate issues when necessary.
4. HR Documentation & Compliance
Prepare and manage HR documents such as NDAs, agreements, warning letters, and notices.
Assist in maintaining employee files and compliance records.
Ensure timely updates of HR policies and communication.
5. Exit Formalities
Coordinate resignation acceptance, exit interviews, and clearance procedures.
Manage documentation related to full & final settlement.
Requirements:
Bachelor's and post-graduation degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
0-1 year of experience in HR (freshers with strong communication skills can apply).
Good command over MS Office and HR documentation.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
