The Junior HR Executive will assist the HR department in daily operations, ensuring smooth coordination and execution of all HR-related tasks. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
Maintain employee records and documentation
Coordinate joining and onboarding formalities
Track attendance, leaves, and support basic payroll activities
Support HR in organizing training and employee engagement activities
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks
Assist in drafting HR letters and documentation
Serve as a liaison between the consultancy and the client office
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information
Candidate Requirements:
MBA in Human Resource Management (Mandatory)
2-3 years of hands-on HR experience
Good knowledge of HR operations and practices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and handle work independently
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
Additional Information:
This is a consultancy-based HR role.
No PF/ESI applicable for this position.
Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
