Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, screening, interviews, and employee orientation.
Support in maintaining employee records and HR databases with accurate and up-to-date information.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Help coordinate training and development programs.
Handle employee queries and support day-to-day HR operations.
Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.).
Participate in performance management processes and employee engagement activities.
Ensure compliance with labour regulations and internal policies.
Assist in organizing employee events and initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in HR or a related administrative role preferred.
Strong understanding of labour laws and HR best practices.
Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
