Roles & Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening, interview coordination)
Handle employee onboarding and documentation
Maintain employee records, HR files, and databases
Support attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
Assist in HR policies, compliance, and internal communications
Address basic employee queries and provide HR support
Support performance review and employee engagement activities
Coordinate training sessions and internal HR initiatives
Requirements
MBA / MSW / PGDM in HR or related field (or pursuing)
0-2 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment
Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor compliance
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
