The Junior HR Executive will support the HR Manager in executing day-to-day HR operations, recruitment coordination, and employee lifecycle processes. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can operate in a fast-paced OTT start-up environment and support both creative and corporate teams.

KRA 1: Recruitment Execution & Hiring Support



Objective:

Ensure smooth and timely execution of recruitment processes

Responsibilities:



Source profiles through job portals, social media, and referrals Screen resumes as per role requirements and shortlist candidates Coordinate interviews and ensure candidate experience Maintain hiring trackers and recruitment documentation

Qualifications & Experience
