Contract Labour Management-

To check whether the Contract Labours are following proper disciplinary system to meet the statutory compliance like: - CLRA Salaries, PF, TDS, ESI, PT, DISH-Factory Licence, etc. Verified Registers and Records as per rule

Statutory Compliance:

- Keeping good rapport with Government Authorities always by meeting the Statutory Requirements as per rules for "On Rolls Employees" and as well as "Contract Employees" connected with EPF, ESICS .TDS, PT, LWF, CLRA,ISMW, Gratuity, Bonus, Shops & Establishment Act Registers, IF related Certificate Registers, Payment of Wages and filing of Annual Returns, BOCW and Factory License renewal, DISH, Amendments, Fire License, Corporation License etc.

Payroll Management

: - Process payroll accurately and timely for all employees, ensuring that wages ,taxes, and deductions are calculated correctly.- Prepare and distribute paychecks or direct deposits to employees on time.- Review and verify time sheets, attendance records, or other inputs to ensure accuracy.- Calculate overtime hours, bonuses, commissions, and other additional payments accurately.-Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations by staying up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations.

Leave management

: - Maintaining proper records of each and every employee giving required information about Leave particulars of each employee etc...

Appraisal Management

: - Ensuring effective and timely roll out of PMS activities at the Company. Coordinated in the formulation and implementation of increment, incentive and other remuneration policies.

Industrial Relations:

(Full Final Settlement) - Dedicative involvement in building and maintaining productive relationships with the workmen's, disputes, grievances, disciplinary issues effectively.

Grievance Handling:

- To be responsible for resolving employee problems, ensuring prompt re solution of employee grievances.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
