Job Description

A junior HR executive's primary roles are to support HR operations by assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and administrative tasks. They are responsible for maintaining employee records, processing payroll and benefits, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and helping to coordinate training and employee engagement initiatives. Key responsibilities

Recruitment and onboarding:

Assist in posting job ads, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and managing the onboarding process for new hires.

Employee record management:

Maintain and update employee files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and organized.

Payroll and benefits administration:

Help with payroll processing, benefits administration, and ensuring timely distribution of payslips.

Compliance and policy implementation:

Ensure adherence to company policies and labor laws, and help communicate policy changes to employees.

Employee relations and engagement:

Respond to employee inquiries, help resolve workplace conflicts, and assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities.

Training and development:

Support the organization of training programs and help identify employee development needs.

Administrative support:

Handle general HR administration, prepare official letters, and maintain HR information systems (HRIS).
