We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior HR Executive to support our recruitment operations and assist the hiring team in building a strong talent pipeline. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating the end-to-end hiring process by posting job vacancies, screening resumes, conducting initial telephonic interviews, and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers. You will act as a crucial bridge between the organisation, the recruitment team, and prospective employees.
Key Responsibilities
Post job openings across platforms, track applications, screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job criteria.
Conduct telephonic interviews to assess candidate fit and coordinate interviews between candidates and management.
Maintain consistent communication throughout the hiring process.
Assist in drafting JDs, offer letters, and documentation.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
0 - 2 year of experience in recruitment or HR support (internship experience acceptable).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of the hiring process and recruitment tools.
Organized, with the ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year

Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
