The Junior HR Executive will support HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
KRA: Task / Activities
Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews).
Support onboarding, induction, and documentation processes.
Maintain attendance, leave, and employee records.
Assist in payroll inputs and compliance activities.
Contribute to employee engagement initiatives.
Support HR generalist activities across departments.
KPI: Performance Metrics
Timely closure of positions.
Accuracy in HR data management.
Employee satisfaction with HR support.
Compliance with statutory laws and policies.
