Maintain and monitor employee attendance, leave records, and daily reports.
Support the HR Manager in end-to-end recruitment (scheduling interviews, follow-ups, documentation).
Assist in employee onboarding and induction processes.
Help maintain employee records, files, and HR databases.
Coordinate with different departments for HR-related requirements.
Address basic employee queries related to HR policies.
Support payroll inputs with attendance and leave data.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of HR/admin experience (garments/textiles preferred).
Basic knowledge of recruitment and attendance management.
Good communication and follow-up skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Willingness to learn and grow in HR operations.
