We are pleased to announce that Dr. Aravinds IVF Fertility & Pregnancy Centre is currently seeking a highly motivated Junior HR Executive to join our dynamic team.

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent source and screen through job portal.

Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.

Screen candidates resumes and job application.

On board new employee in order to become fully integrated.

Drive the end to end talent acquisition process.

Prepare MIS reports on a regular basis to track progress and identify areas for improvement. IMMEDIATE JOINERS!!
