Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
Support the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and orientation.
Maintain and update employee records in the HR system.
Help organize training and development initiatives.
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information.
Address employee queries regarding HR policies, leaves, compensation, and other matters.
Participate in employee engagement activities and support internal communications.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Support performance appraisal and exit process coordination.
Requirements:
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in an HR role (internships count).
Basic knowledge of HR functions and employment legislation.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and time-management abilities.
Discretion with confidential information.
Experience in recruitment or HR operations is a plus
