The Junior HR Executive will support the HR department in daily administrative and operational tasks. The role involves recruitment support, employee records maintenance, leave tracking, attendance management, and assisting in staff engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process including scheduling interviews, following up with candidates, and documentation.
Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR database.
Support onboarding and exit formalities of staff.
Track staff attendance, leave records, and generate related reports.
Coordinate training sessions, meetings, and HR-related events.
Handle basic employee queries and escalate when necessary.
Assist in drafting memos, notices, and HR communications.
Maintain confidentiality and support all school policies and procedures.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1-2 years of relevant experience in HR.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and HR software/tools.
Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Proactive, disciplined, and team-oriented.
