To ensure timely and accurate compliance with all statutory and labor law requirements by managing HR compliance processes, statutory filings, audits, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Statutory Compliance & Labor Laws
Manage end-to-end statutory compliances including PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Gratuity, Bonus, and other applicable labor laws.
Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and challans as per regulatory timelines.
Maintain compliance-related registers, records, and documentation.
Stay updated with changes in labor laws and statutory regulations and ensure implementation.
Payroll & Coordination
Coordinate with payroll and finance teams to ensure accurate statutory deductions and payments.
Support payroll processing with compliance inputs and validation.
Handle employee queries related to statutory deductions and benefits.
Audits & Inspections
Assist in statutory audits, labor inspections, and compliance reviews.
Prepare and submit required documents to government authorities when needed.
Support internal and external audits related to HR compliance.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
Liaise with consultants, statutory vendors, and government offices.
Ensure proper coordination for compliance submissions and issue resolution.
Reporting & MIS
Prepare compliance MIS reports and trackers.
Maintain digital and physical records for audit and reference purposes
