Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in recruitment efforts including job posting, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews Maintain and update employee records (both digital and physical) Support the onboarding and offboarding processes Help organize training sessions, employee engagement activities, and HR events Generate HR reports as required Perform general administrative tasks and maintain confidentiality

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 0-1 years of HR or administrative experience (internships count!) Basic understanding of labor laws and HR best practices Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Strong communication and interpersonal skills High level of attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

Day shift Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
