We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Executive to join our team. The role primarily involves sourcing, screening, and onboarding delivery partners for leading on-demand platforms. The candidate will play a crucial part in ensuring a consistent pipeline of qualified riders/drivers, maintaining recruitment targets, and supporting the company's partner acquisition goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify candidates for delivery partner roles through job portals, field recruitment, referrals, and walk-in drives.
- Conduct telephonic and in-person screening to assess the candidate's eligibility (documents, vehicle availability, smartphone usage, etc.).
- Schedule and manage interviews, onboarding sessions, and orientation programs.
- Explain job requirements, payout structures, incentives, and company policies to applicants.
- Coordinate with operations and vendor teams to ensure smooth onboarding of delivery partners.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data, reports, and MIS tracking on daily/weekly/monthly basis.
- Achieve recruitment targets within stipulated timelines.
- Provide support in grievance handling and basic HR queries from delivery partners during the initial onboarding stage
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in any field (HR/Business Administration preferred).
- 0-2 years of experience in recruitment, field hiring, or HR fresher with good communication skills.
- Ability to handle high-volume recruitment within tight deadlines.
- Good interpersonal, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with field hiring and conducting recruitment drives.
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word) and comfortable using job portals.
- Strong organizational skills with a results-driven approach.
