Rexera is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Jr. HR Executive
to support our Talent Acquisition while contributing to HR Operations. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining seamless HR processes, employee engagement, and special projects while gaining hands-on experience in recruitment.
Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Maintain job postings and recruitment trackers
Support onboarding and employee documentation
Assist with HRIS updates and reports
Contribute to engagement, compliance, and data-related tasks
Qualifications
:
Recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Should have experience in working with Google worksheet/ MS Excel.
Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn the nuances of HR functions.
