Maintain and process worker payroll, ensuring accurate wages, overtime, and deductions.
Monitor attendance records, leaves, and shift schedules.
Workforce Management:
Handle recruitment and onboarding of workers, ensuring proper documentation.
Address worker grievances and maintain a positive work environment.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory regulations, and safety protocols.
HR Operations & Compliance:
Maintain employee records, contracts, and statutory compliance reports.
Coordinate with labor contractors and external agencies as needed.
Assist in performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
Employee Engagement & Welfare:
Organize training programs, health check-ups, and welfare activities.
Promote a healthy and safe work culture at the plant.
Act as a bridge between management and workers to foster good relations.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any fiedl
1-2 years of experience
in an HR role, preferably in a
manufacturing setup
.
Strong knowledge of
payroll processing, labor laws, and compliance
.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and HR software/tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle worker grievances and maintain discipline.
