Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic

Junior HR Executive

to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates with up to

6 months

of experience in HR or recruitment and an academic or professional background in

Marketing, Communications, or Business.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers Communicate with candidates professionally via phone and email Support internal teams in understanding hiring requirements Maintain and update candidate databases and HR records

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in

Marketing, Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications

, or a related field 0 to 6 months of experience in HR, recruitment, or related roles. Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of recruitment life cycle Eagerness to learn and grow in an HR role
