Key Responsibilities:
Help in hiring new employees
Maintain employee records and documents
Assist with employee onboarding and orientation
Help manage attendance and leave records
Support payroll and salary-related work
Answer basic employee questions
Help organize training and HR activities
Follow company policies and HR rules
