About the Role
We are looking for a Junior HR Executive with at least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment. You will handle end-to-end hiring and support HR operations, employee documentation, training activities, and office coordination.
Your Key Responsibilities1. End-to-End Recruitment
Manage recruitment for positions like:
Technical Writers, Programmers, Business Development Executives, and Admin Staff.
Create and post job openings on all hiring platforms.
Shortlist candidates from portals like Naukri/LinkedIn/Indeed.
Call candidates, explain job roles, and schedule interviews.
Coordinate interviews with department heads.
Handle offer negotiations, selection updates, and joining follow-up.
2. Training & Development
Support induction and training for new joiners.
Track probation period performance and share feedback with the HR Manager.
3. HR Operations & Documentation
Maintain and update employee files and HR records.
Prepare and issue:
Offer Letters
Appointment Letters
Confirmation Letters
Experience/Relieving Letters
Assist in conducting exit interviews and completing exit formalities.
4. Office Administration
Ensure smooth office operations and maintain a professional work environment.
Coordinate with admin/support teams for daily office requirements.
Skills Required
Minimum 1-2 years experience in recruitment (mandatory).
Strong screening and interviewing skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email).
Good coordination, organizing, and follow-up skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn HR operations.
